All sales on our Site are final.
Meraki will accept returns ONLY ONLY if the products are defective or if your product has been damaged during shipping. If your product has been damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will contact you to follow up. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We do not exchange or refund products with incorrect colours or sizes. It is strongly recommended to accurately measure the area to be covered before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible if the produce does not adhere to its full potential due to the improper preparation, defect or cleanliness of the surface upon which the product is applied or if the product has not been correctly installed. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before applying the wall adhesive. We also cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of colours or tones between two identical patterns purchased in separate orders.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our decision on your return and refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum of twenty (20) days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank if this is a debit card purchase. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us firstname.lastname@example.org.

In the event that your items are defective or damaged during shipping, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs for the return upon presentation of your proof of payment.
If you are shipping items totaling over $75, you should consider using a delivery service that enables you to track the shipment, or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
